No Refunds - All Sales Are Final

Please take great care ordering the proper size by reading merchandise descriptions and sizing guides available on each product page. We are a small but growing nonprofit organization with no paid employees and cannot process refunds at this time. All profits go toward costs and advancing the ministry. 

The only exception for exchanges is if the item is damaged, defective, or mislabeled merchandise. See the 'Damaged, Defective, or Mislabeled Items' below for more information.

PLEASE NOTE: If you ordered two sizes of the same items with the intent to return the item that doesn’t fit, we unfortunately will not accept the return as we are unable to resell the merchandise.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Mislabeled Items

Once you receive your order, inspect it immediately to ensure the item(s) are not damaged, defective, or mislabeled. If you believe you have received damaged, defective, or mislabeled item, we will be happy to provide a replacement free of charge.

You have 14 days to email us at 2717ironmen@gmail.com to address the issue. We cannot make any exceptions once you have exceeded that time frame.

For our team to look into the issue, please provide the following information in your email:

  1. Subject line: DAMAGED ITEM and order number
  2. Detailed description of the problem
  3. Include quality photos where we can see the issue
